Trusting my body sense is taking me into unchartered territory for me, where only my intuition and its immense connection to timeless wisdom is guiding and with this process releasing outdated beliefs that no longer serve me. Like you I have had a number of experiences where in my body I connected to somebody else’s energy field and “knew” because I experienced it directly what was going on with that person. Despite of this gift I often found myself questioning with my head a real experience deeply felt, often dismissing it. Today I welcome the cleansing my body is undertaking, I give it full permission. Today I shifted, rather than wondering when this will be over, I experienced gratitude for the release of life long doubts, fears and worries, all energy forms lodged in my cells. The image that emerges is that of an immense flower of possibilities connecting each of us as we individually re-awaken to our connection to Oneness and express that experience, each with our own voice and diverse background.

Your comments remind me of two specific incidents. The first was when I was in the hospital recuperating from a myomectomy operation. My husband brought me a roasted chicken from a local diner. I took one smell of it and could not bear to eat it – and I had often eaten and enjoyed the chicken at that restaurant. But on this occasion, my sense of smell was so acute that I just knew I should not and could not eat it.

The other memory I have is when I was giving a Rubenfeld Synergy (body psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy) session. At some point I could hardly breathe and had an intense tickle in my throat. That was because my client was dealing with an intense issue that had to do with her own self-expression (the throat chakra) and I was picking up HER ENERGETIC BLOCKAGE.
It was not my own stuff at that moment.

When I was in the hospital a little over a month ago, I had my sense of taste. The day I left, it was gone- totally. That lasted for about a month. My sense of smell was always poor. However, I could sometimes smell lit cigarettes in my home and no one smokes. I think my loss of taste was my soul wanting me to change my eating habits and this was an “opening.” The cigarettes was a remembrance of my late grandmother with whom I reconciled after her death (yes, its possible)…Hope that helps!

Hey lovely Aline- really interested in ur Body dialogue- amazing stuff- is there a website or book you recommend as want to do some more with myself and my clients. Huge hug to you darling. Life is going fast in Dubai, I am teaching the Hoffman, teaching Rebonding of the Body, teaching Reiki !!! All fun and quite amazing at times- also training for a 10 k run and playing loads of tennis. Phil and I off to Spain next week for a few days. How are Abass and Sarah?
